Vision

Danes Educational Trust’s vision is to develop hubs of excellence comprising primary and
secondary schools, focused around their local community. We equip our learners with the
skills they need to become curious, creative and courageous and ensure that our school
environments are places where their talents are nurtured, so that they become happy and
confident 21st century global citizens.

We are a family of schools and we make the difference together as one Trust.

Aims

The overarching aim of Danes Educational Trust is to provide world-class, all-through
three-18 education, through creating a community of outstanding schools. All schools share
the highest aspirations and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all of their
learners:

Danes Educational Trust is committed to building a fair and inclusive culture where everyone can thrive and be of their best by embracing the differences they bring. 

Evidenced by our core values we recognise the importance of a safe and respectful place to work for our staff and learners, where there is no place for inequality of any kind.  

We continue to do everything we can to employ and educate without prejudice with guidance from the equality, diversity and inclusion specialist on our Trust Board.  Our progress has been recognised by the achievement of a Silver Equalities Award at St Clement Danes School, we will be exploring this recognition with other schools across the Trust.
