Working With Us

We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who is interested in a teaching or non-teaching role in any of our Trust’s schools, whether or not vacancies currently exist. Interest in both primary and secondary school roles is encouraged, as we are intending to become a cross-phase Trust.

At the bottom of this page you will find a form to fill in which allows you to register your interest with us. We will then contact you when vacancies arise in our schools.

All schools in our Trust are part of the Herts & Bucks Teaching School Alliance - a group of educational organisations in the South of Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire who collaborate to promote exceptional standards of education.  Led by St Clement Danes, this organisation gives staff across the Trust access to superb training opportunities to enable them to develop as practitioners, whatever their field.  It is no accident that St Clement Danes' staff retention figures are so healthy, nor that so many of its leadership roles are filled from current staff or those who choose to return to the school.

Our Trust schools are near the M25 and rail links into London, but situated close to beautiful countryside on the edge of the Chilterns. Our current schools attract London Fringe weighting, meaning that staff earn more working as part of the Trust than they would at neighbouring schools in Buckinghamshire.

For teachers looking for their first school, or one in which to grow their careers, a growing Trust which also provides the first-rate training of a Teaching School has to be one of the most exciting prospects in the South East of England.
